- Individual personas: £1.99 – £4.99 one-time purchase
- Premium packs: £1.99 / month (launch tier)
- Creator revenue share: 70% (Stripe Connect destination charge on every sale)
- Platform fee: 30% (configurable via GERA_PERSONA_PLATFORM_FEE_BPS on the backend service)

GeraPersona exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at @gera-services/mcp-gera-persona. Tools:

Agents acting on behalf of a user MUST surface the price and creator name before calling install_persona.

Every persona lands in PENDING_REVIEW. Moderators block unlicensed impersonation of copyrighted characters (Mickey Mouse, Darth Vader) and living celebrities (Gordon Ramsay, Morgan Freeman). Family voice-skins require consent from the recorded person or their estate. Asset URLs are signed + time-limited.
